Thanks to the active involvement and financial support of industry leaders, real estate at Wharton has achieved international distinction in leadership, research, and teaching. The evolution of real estate at Wharton also mirrors the professionalization that has taken place over the past 25 years in the industry. The program assisted the industry’s transformation while raising the level of industry discourse and transparency both in and out of the classroom.
