Senior Fellows

Alan F. Feldman

Alan Feldman recently served as Chairman and CEO Resource REIT prior to the sale to Blackstone in May 2022. He has over 25 years of real estate investment experience, including leadership roles at Lazard, Freres & Co. and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. For the past ten years, he has taught real estate development at Wharton in the Real Estate Department.

Thomas Ritson Ferguson

Ritson Ferguson served in global roles for CBRE Global Investors from 2011 to 2022. He was Global CEO of CBRE’s Investment Management division from 2016-2019 after becoming Global CIO in 2015. He also served as CEO and CIO of the listed real assets business he founded in 1992 until 2021 and remains on their investment committees.

Asuka Nakahara

Asuka Nakahara was a Trammell Crow Company partner and Chief Financial Officer over a 20-year career. He co-founded Triton Atlantic Partners, a real estate advisory and investment firm, and in 2022, with two professors, he co-founded Incompass Labs, an algorithmic performance measurement software company. He has taught real estate courses as Practice Professor of Real Estate at Wharton for over 20 years.
