Our Research Sponsors met for dinner at the Independence Visitors Center with guest speaker Olivia Mitchell.

The Fall Members’ Meeting was held on October 24, 2025, at the Inn at Penn.

Our Career Mentor Program connected students with industry leaders.

The Center hosted a virtual Argus training for students on November 15-16, 2025.

The Center facilitated career connections through both its in-person and virtual Career Fairs.

Joe Gyourko was on the Front and Center podcast “Solving the Housing Affordability Crisis.”

Research Sponsors met in New York City with Featured Speaker Scott Rechler.

The Eric and Beth Schlager Lecture Series featured Alan Miyasaki, Senior Managing Director & Head of Asia Acquisitions, Blackstone.

The five student Real Estate Clubs held many treks and Club events.

Thanks to the outgoing Club Presidents and Officers.

The Helfand/Bluhm Fellowship continued to expand professional opportunities for students.

The Spring Members’ Meeting was held at The Rittenhouse on April 23 & 24, 2026.

At the Spring Members’ Meeting, we celebrated Asuka Nakahara’s 27 years with the Wharton Real Estate Department and the Center.

We congratulated this year’s student scholarship and award winners.

The Grayken Program in International Real Estate: London Meeting, was held at the Royal Automobile Club.
