Programs that bring members and students together include:

The Career Mentor Program pairs real estate majors with industry leaders who offer insights gained from their professional experience. This program is in high demand among our students for the networking and learning opportunities that it offers.
The Ballard Executive Visitors Series brings Research Sponsors and students together in informal luncheon settings—and often individual meetings with students.
The Annual Career Fair attracts HR representatives and executives from the nation's leading real estate and financial firms to meet and interview promising real estate students. It is held together with our annual breakfast gathering for alumni working in real estate.
The Student and Alumni Resume Books represent the University's best and brightest students who are seriously interested in exploring the challenges and opportunities to be found in the real estate profession. Listings can be filtered to search for internships or full-time positions by interest and location.

Attend our Fall and Spring Members’ Meetings at no cost. Our Fall meeting is for members only. These meetings provide a wonderful opportunity to meet with important colleagues and to discuss the key issues facing the industry.

Research Sponsor Membership · $15,000 Tax-Deductible

In addition to all Sustaining Membership benefits, Research Sponsors have the following opportunities.

Meet with other Research Sponsors at least twice a year, at various venues—now including an international focus—and receive updates on research initiatives for comment and discussion. Research Sponsors ensure that our dynamic research agenda encompasses topics of particular interest to those on the profession’s front line
Serve as a Ballard Executive Visitor.
Be eligible to serve on our Executive Committee, whose members are selected from among Research Sponsors.
Attend additional small-group meetings and fine dining with distinguished thinkers, which have included Michael Bloomberg, Chris Christie, Jonathan Ledecky, Joshua Harris, Robert Stern, Julie Samuels, Neil Blumenthal, Jeff Shell, Sam Zell, Jon Gray, and Hamid Moghadam.
