2025–2026: The Year in Review

The Spring Members’ Meeting was held at The Rittenhouse on April 23 & 24, 2026.

The Spring Members’ Meeting successfully brought together students, faculty, and industry leaders for a series of high-level discussions and networking opportunities. This program continues to serve as a vital intersection for academic and professional excellence.

At the Spring Members’ Meeting, we celebrated Asuka Nakahara’s 27 years with the Wharton Real Estate Department and the Center.

The Helfand/Bluhm Fellowship continued to expand professional opportunities for students.
